National Securities holds an Extraordinary General meeting on June 5, 2013 with the following agenda:
- Discuss reducing capital from OMR 2.5 Mill to OMR 1.25 Mill through writing off accumulated losses then raising capital to OMR 2 Mill through private offering at a nominal value of 100 Baizas / share and amending Company Statute accordingly
